These draft Terms are a plain-English starting framework for owner and professional review. They do not remove mandatory rights or replace legal advice.

“Website” means HandyGrid and its pages. “Tool” means a published calculator, converter, generator or utility. “User” means a person accessing the Website.

The Website is intended for a general audience able to understand relevant inputs, outputs and warnings. It is not directed specifically to children; minors should use it with appropriate adult supervision.
6. Description of the Website and tools
The Website offers browser-based utilities. Published Tools currently process inputs locally, but ordinary page requests still pass through hosting infrastructure.

14. Uploaded files and locally processed information
The current repository has no file-upload feature and published Tool inputs are processed in the browser. Review each future Tool's notice for changes.

Original text, visual design, branding and software are protected by applicable law. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.
16. Third-party content and external links
External websites are controlled by their operators. The Company does not guarantee their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.
17. Advertising
Advertisements and affiliate links may help fund free access to the Website. Third-party advertisements do not necessarily represent endorsement, and the Company does not control every advertisement. Ad delivery remains subject to the Advertising Disclosure and applicable privacy choices.
18. Affiliate links
The Company may earn affiliate commissions from clearly identified qualifying links. Third-party products remain subject to the merchant's terms, and Users must evaluate suitability independently.
19. Open-source software
The Website uses open-source packages. Their authors retain their rights, and their licences apply independently of these Terms.
20. Availability and modification
The Company may maintain, change, suspend or remove features where reasonably necessary. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised.
21. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
