Draw and Guess
Run a local drawing and guessing game through your organisation's approved screen-sharing software.
Draw and Guess
Everyone opens this same page. Your choice applies only to this browser and is never sent anywhere.
How to use this game
- Recommendation: Use at least four people per team, with one person drawing while the others guess.
- Choose Facilitator or Player mode. The facilitator copies the secret prompt and sends it privately only to the person drawing.
- The player opens the Player workspace and shares that browser window through your organisation's approved screen-sharing software.
- Start the timer, draw without writing the answer, and stop the timer when the team guesses correctly. Use Reset time before replaying the round.
How the game works
The browser selects prompts and runs the timer locally. It does not create an online room, so use your existing private messaging and screen-sharing software to play together.
Step-by-step play
- The facilitator enters an optional name, starts the local game, and privately sends the copied prompt to the player who will draw.
- The player selects Player mode, checks their private message, and shares the drawing board with the team.
- Either mode can run the timer. Stop it when the answer is guessed, or let it reach zero without declaring a result.
- Reveal the prompt after the timer reaches zero if the team wants to review it, then start a new round.
Worked example
The facilitator privately sends 'a robot making coffee' to the player. The player shares the drawing board, draws without writing the answer, and stops the timer when the team guesses correctly.

Frequently asked questions
How does the player receive the secret prompt?
The facilitator copies the prompt and sends it only to the player who is drawing, using an approved private chat or email.
Who should share their screen?
The player who is drawing should share the Player workspace. If your screen-sharing setup allows another participant to control the facilitator's browser safely, you may use that arrangement instead.
What happens when the timer is stopped?
Stopping the timer means the team guessed correctly, so the game displays a winner message. If the timer reaches zero naturally, no result is assumed.
Does this tool send my inputs anywhere?
No. The interactive calculation runs in your browser and this site does not submit tool inputs to a backend.
How should I use the result?
Check that the entered units and values match your situation, especially around dates, breaks, and rounding.
